Bark-a-rific 2024
The Bark-a-rific 2024 dog calendar is ready to order.
Back in March and April, in participation with SafeHaven Humane Society, I, Ginger of Out West Originals hosted a dog calendar photo contest. It was a five week contest with a goal of raising $5000. With this supportive community, that amount was raised and then some. There were 130 entries to vote on with over 231 participants. A huge Thank You to you all for a successful calendar contest. Let's continue the support and get a 2024 calendar. Here's the link:

During the five weeks, there were weekly mini-contests with prizes given to the winning dogs who received the most votes in the respected week. A shout out goes to Growler Cafe in Lebanon, Bentley's Coffee in Albany and Salem, 2 Krazy Crafters, Penny Bites in Corvallis, Sully's Stay and Play in Albany, and Animal Cracker's Pet Supply in Corvallis for generously donating gift cards or prizes.
The top 12 dogs, at the end of the contest, had the opportunity to be in the calendar. Some did opt out for one reason or another but most accepted the opportunity to have their dogs photo in the calendar. I had the pleasure of meeting the winning entrants, and their wonderful humans, at different locations and capturing photographs for the calendar. They were all fun and amazing to work with!!
